Convert a date and time between two UTC offsets. Enter the correct offset for each location on that date, including any daylight-saving adjustment.
Destination time = source time + destination offset − source offset.
18:00 at UTC+2 becomes 12:00 at UTC−4 on the same day. Changing 23:30 from UTC−4 to UTC+2 gives 05:30 on the next day.
This tool uses manual offsets, not a city time-zone database. A location can change its offset during the year. Local times around a daylight-saving transition can be ambiguous or nonexistent; this calculator does not resolve those cases.
